We have a small number of self-contained, fully serviced offices, ranging from 67ft² to 236ft². Suitable for between 1 and 5 people, each room comes fully equipped with furniture, PCs and telephones. Our flexible terms mean that you are not tied in to any lengthy or costly contracts and can move out, without penalty, with one month's notice.

 

Office Detail

Ground Floor.groundfloor

The ground floor is where most of the shared facilities are located. Room G2 is our Hot-Desk room and is equipped with 6 workstations, all with ethernet and wifi connectivity, plus access to your own direct dial phone line (if required). More importantly, G2 is also where the coffee machine and water cooler live, so there's no need ot move far from your desk for refreshment.

The Michael R Peters Suite is our lounge and meeting room area. During a normal day it allows you to take a break from your work and to catch up with the day's news on our 60" plasma TV. The modern, informal seating is the perfect place to relax and chat to your co-tenants.

Office G2 is located to the rear of the building and has level access from the street. It is 7m² (75ft² approx) and can comfortably accommodate two workstations.

 

First Floor.firstfloor

The first floor is home to most of our self-contained offices. Room F1 is a 14m² (150ft² approx) 3 person space with views to the rear of the building.

Room F2 is slightly smaller (13.75m²/150ft²), but will still comfortably fit three workstations. The room has views across Mill Street to the Bunyan Church and gardens.

Rooms F3 and F4 are single person spaces of 6.3m² (70ft²), again with views over Mill Street.

Room F5 is a dual aspect 3 person space (13.3m²/145ft²) with views across and along Mill Street. These twin windows make this a very desirable office.

Finally, for this floor, Room F6 is a good size (22m²/240ft²) 5/6 person office with views to the rear of the centre.

 

Second Floor.secondfloor

The final two offices are situated on our second floor, along with the building's secong kitchen. So you don't have to climb all those stairs just to get a cup of tea.

Room S1 is a 2/3 person space (12.4m²/136ft²) with a dormer window view to the east. The room has a sloping roof, so this needs to be considered when planning workstation positions.

Room S2 is our largest office space at 33m² (360ft²) making it suitable for 5/6 workstations. The room is air conditioned and has dormer windows in both the east and west aspects. This room also has a sloping roof so, again, this would need to be considered when planning your office.
